How does it work? Is it really anonymous? What’s the catch? We’ve answered the questions we hear most — and a few you haven’t thought of yet. If you don’t see your question here, reach out and we’ll add it.

A platform that lets meeting attendees give anonymous feedback on any meeting they attend. After a meeting, every attendee receives a short survey. When the survey closes, everyone — including the organizer — receives the same results.
It’s a way to finally say “this could have been an email” without risking your career.
That’s it. No accounts. No apps. No complicated setup.
No. Anyone who attended a meeting can submit it. You don’t need permission from the organizer or anyone else.
That’s the whole point.
No. The Free tier requires no account, no login, and no credit card. Just submit a meeting and we handle the rest.
Yes. The Free tier is free forever — not a trial, not a limited-time offer. You can submit up to 3 meetings per month at no cost.
We believe the people who suffer through bad meetings shouldn’t have to pay for the right to say so.
Less than one minute. It’s 12 multiple-choice questions plus one upfront question (“Could this meeting have been an email?”). Most people finish in 30-45 seconds.
Every attendee (including the meeting organizer) receives an email with a link to the survey. The survey stays open for 7 days. Once closed — or once everyone has responded — results are emailed to all attendees.

Yes. We built the entire system around anonymity because our business depends on it. We don’t track IP addresses, fingerprint devices, or store email addresses after the survey closes. Results are aggregated — there’s no way to see how any individual responded.
This isn’t a policy. It’s architecture.
No. The organizer receives the same aggregated results as everyone else. There’s no special access, no admin view, no way to see individual responses.
No. Even on the Teams tier, organization admins cannot see individual responses. They see aggregated data across meetings and teams — never how any specific person answered.
We collect meeting details (name, date, time, duration), attendee email addresses (temporarily), and survey responses. That’s it.
We don’t collect or store IP addresses, device fingerprints, browser information, location data, or email engagement (opens/clicks). We explicitly disabled tracking that most platforms include by default.
We need email addresses to send the survey invitations and results. But we don’t store them permanently. Emails are converted to irreversible cryptographic hashes immediately, and all email data is purged after results are sent.
They’re deleted. We don’t keep them around “just in case.” Once results are sent, the email addresses are gone from our system.
We require a minimum of 3 responses before any results are shared. If fewer than 3 people respond, the survey closes with no results sent to anyone. This protects anonymity in low-participation situations.
Yes. We’ve built GDPR compliance into the platform from the ground up, including data minimization, the right to erasure, and explicit consent mechanisms.
Every survey email includes an opt-out link. Click it, confirm your email address, and you won’t receive future survey invitations. You can opt back in anytime.
You can opt out and opt in any time from our Opt-Out page.
Yes. Contact us and we’ll erase all data associated with your email address. But honestly, there’s not much to delete — we don’t retain personal data after surveys close.
The survey covers four categories:
People — Were the right people there? Was it relevant to your role? Was the group size appropriate?
Timing — Did it start and end on time? Was the duration appropriate? Is the meeting frequency appropriate?
Clarity — Did it stay on topic? Was an agenda shared? Was the purpose clear?
Outcomes — Were decisions made? Were action items agreed? Was it a good use of your time?
All questions are multiple choice (Yes / Unsure / No).
7 days from when the survey is created. Results are sent when either all attendees have responded or the 7-day period ends, whichever comes first.
5 attendees minimum. This ensures there are enough participants to maintain anonymity.
3 responses minimum. Even if 5 or more people were invited, we won’t share results unless at least 3 people respond. If participation is too low to protect anonymity, no one sees the results.
If fewer than 3 attendees respond, the survey closes and no results are shared. All attendees receive an email explaining that results aren’t available due to low participation.
Two reasons. First, speed — you can complete the survey in under a minute. Second, anonymity — open-ended responses can contain writing patterns or details that reveal identity. Multiple choice keeps feedback honest and untraceable.
Every attendee who was invited to the survey receives the same results email at the same time — including the meeting organizer. No one gets special access or early previews.
Results are sent when either all attendees have responded or the 7-day survey period ends, whichever comes first.
Results include two overall scores (Meeting Efficiency Score and Meeting Perception Score) plus a breakdown by category (People, Timing, Clarity, Outcomes). Each category shows aggregate responses across all participants.
A weighted score calculated from all 12 survey questions. It reflects how well the meeting performed across People, Timing, Clarity, and Outcomes.
This is based solely on the initial question: “Could this meeting have been an email?” It captures the overall gut reaction of attendees.
No. Results go to everyone at the same time. The organizer has no special privileges.
Because you’ve sat through meetings that wasted your time and had no way to say so. This gives you a voice — anonymously and safely. When enough people speak up, meetings get better.
You can submit up to 3 meetings per month on the Free tier.
No. The system doesn’t reveal who submitted a meeting. The organizer and all attendees receive identical survey invitations — there’s no way to tell who initiated it.
Any meeting you attended. Team meetings, project syncs, all-hands, one-on-ones (if there are enough attendees), client calls — if you were there, you can submit it.
No. The survey captures what’s working too, not just what isn’t. A well-run meeting will score well. This is about honest feedback, not just venting.

We’re a small team who’ve sat through too many pointless meetings and finally decided to do something about it.
You don’t have to — that’s the point. We built the system so trust isn’t required. The architecture makes it technically impossible to identify individual respondents. We can’t betray your anonymity even if we wanted to.
More importantly, this whole idea won’t work if you don’t trust us so we went to great lengths to make sure we made the platform as trustworthy as possible.
The Free tier will always be free. We offer paid tiers (Pro and Teams) for meeting organizers and organizations who want additional features like unlimited surveys, personal dashboards, trend analytics, and organization-wide reporting.
No. We don’t sell data. We don’t share data. We barely keep data. Our business model is subscriptions, not surveillance.
Email us through the contact form on our website. We’re a small team, so response times may vary — but we read everything.
