Meetings should be recent or in the future to ensure meaningful results. Surveys are sent shortly after meeting completion if the selected date/time/duration has not yet occurred.

  • A minimum of 3 responses must be received from the minimum of 5 attendees for results to be shared.
  • Surveys will be available to respond to for a period of 7 days.
  • Results are an average of all responses and based on multiple choice questions only.
  • Results emailed to all attendees at the end of the 7-day survey period or when all responses received.
  • All email addresses are deleted from our system after results have been sent to everyone.
  • No personally identifiable information is retained by our system after results have been sent out. Ever.
